The Judicial Commission have the power and authority to oversee the behaviour of judges, if the community suspect injustice in court, this is the body they appeal to.
It is the mandate of the Judicial Commission to:
- Maintain and Uphold the honor, dignity and conducts of judges
- Receiving reports of complaints about judicial conduct
- Conduct an examination of alleged violations of judicial conduct
- Make the examination report of recommendations presented to the Supreme Court, and copies thereof shall be submitted to the President and Parliament.
